Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commis, located in Mumbai. The Commis will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and executing a variety of cooking tasks. Daily duties include preparing ingredients, following recipes, and ensuring high culinary standards are met. Effective communication with the kitchen team is essential.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Strong Hygiene and Culinary Skills
• Good Communication abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Formal Pastry training or certification is required
