Delegate Promotion And Attendee Engagement Internship in Delhi

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Delegate promotion & attendee engagement :
• Call and invite visitors, delegate decision-makers, and corporate executives to the Convergence India Show.
• Respond to incoming calls and queries from prospective attendees.
• Coordinate with speakers and sponsors to enhance attendee engagement.
• Assist in managing delegate registrations and inquiries.
• Log data accurately into spreadsheets and databases, ensuring consistency and correctness
• Data entry & coordination :
• Enter, verify, and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets and internal databases.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of all records.
• Collect, organize, and update information related to delegates, exhibitors, and partners.
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries as required.
• Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.
