Must-Have

Experience with more than one UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions Implementation(configuration), Rollout and Support for more than one customer (Large implementation with more than 100K, multiple countries, 1000+stores)

• Hands on Experience with WFD Configuration of Business Structure, Time Keeping, Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting, Analytics & Reports, Device Configuration, Mobile configuration
• Experience with following modules in UKG Pro WFM - Timekeeper / Accruals / Leave / Attendance / Attestation / Advanced Scheduler / Activities / Business Structure / Release Management / HyperFind queries / Workforce Genies and calendars / Data Access Control Concepts / Custom Reports
• Experience in UKG Pro Configuration and Troubleshooting - Knowledge of product configuration, creating work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rule etc. Support changes to existing configurations and build new ones as needed basis.
• Experience in creating custom reports and experience with data migration to UKG Pro WFM.
• Experience in handling incidents, problems, changes etc.
• Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems.
• Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements.
• Develop documentation for systems and processes.
