Job Description : Senior Full Stack Developer – Optimizely SaaS CMS (React / Next.js)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Developer with proven experience in Optimizely SaaS CMS and front-end development using React and Next.js . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Optimizely DAM , Optimizely CDP , and Optimizely GraphQL to deliver seamless, scalable, and personalized digital experiences. This role requires both technical depth and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions on Optimizely SaaS CMS using React / Next.js .
  • Integrate Optimizely DAM for media and asset management workflows.
  • Leverage Optimizely CDP to implement personalization and customer data-driven features.
  • Build and optimize queries using Optimizely GraphQL for efficient and flexible content delivery.
  • Implement front-end solutions with Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR) for high performance and SEO.
  • Define and apply best practices in content modeling, API integrations, and caching strategies .
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and back-end teams to deliver robust digital experiences.
  • Support DevOps in CI / CD pipelines, deployments, and cloud hosting environments (Azure preferred) .
  • Mentor and guide junior developers on Optimizely SaaS, Next.js, and GraphQL practices .

Qualifications & Skills

Must Have :

  • 1+ years of experience implementing Optimizely SaaS CMS .
  • Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript / TypeScript .
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of Optimizely GraphQL for headless content delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with Optimizely DAM and CDP .
  • Proficiency in API integrations (REST & GraphQL) .
  • Knowledge of web performance optimization, SEO, and accessibility .
  • Experience with Git, CI / CD workflows, and cloud environments (Azure, Vercel, or AWS) .

    • Nice to Have :

  • Familiarity with Optimizely Experimentation and Commerce .
  • Knowledge of CDN optimization and caching strategies (Akamai, Cloudflare, etc.).
  • Experience implementing personalization and A / B testing strategies.
  • Previous experience in Agile / Scrum delivery environments .
