Job Description – UI / UX Designer Intern (3 Months)

Location : Kochi (In-Office Role)

Work Hours : 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday

Stipend : ₹10,000 per month

Role Overview :

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI / UX Designer Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. The ideal candidate should already be familiar with Figma , understand design fundamentals, and have hands-on experience creating screens, wireframes, or product design projects.

Bonus points if you have explored AI-assisted design tools like UX Pilot, V0, Lovable , or similar.

This role is perfect for someone eager to work closely with our product and development teams to design intuitive, clean, and user-friendly experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to understand requirements.
  • Create wireframes, UI layouts, user flows, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
  • Maintain consistency across all design components following brand standards.
  • Convert ideas into clean, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback.
  • Prepare design assets and handoff documentation for developers.
  • Test and validate implemented designs after development to ensure accurate execution.
  • Conduct basic usability checks to refine user experience.

Requirements :

  • Hands-on experience using Figma (course projects, personal projects, or freelance work).
  • Good understanding of UI / UX fundamentals — layout, hierarchy, spacing, typography.
  • Ability to present design choices clearly and work iteratively.
  • Experience building product screens, landing pages, or mobile / web app designs.
  • Familiarity with AI design tools ( UX Pilot, V0, Lovable ) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.
