Oracle EBS HCM Expert

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality HR solutions to our organization.

You will be responsible for implementing and enhancing Oracle EBS HCM modules to align with our business processes and HR strategy.
A strong understanding of the Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Career Development, and Core HR domains is essential for success in this role.

We are seeking an experienced consultant with expertise in configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle EBS HCM modules. You will also analyze and resolve incidents and performance issues, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and data security standards.

Your responsibilities will include :

Gathering requirements and translating them into functional and technical solutions.

Creating documentation, including BRDs, MD50s, test scripts, and user guides.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need :

Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS HCM modules.

Experience in compensation & benefits, payroll, career development, and core HR domains.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
