Windows Administrator L3

Job Scope :

The Systems Admin Windows – L3 will be expected for installing, managing, and upgrading Windows-based servers and systems within an organization. maintaining system stability, controlling user access, and managing data security.

Job Responsibilities

SME for Windows / Virtualization

Supervising L2 team members

Maintain Servers Uptime

Adhere to Response / Resolutions timelines

Handling escalated calls.

Must Have Skill :

Good knowledge and hands on experience on various Window server flavors

Good knowledge and hands on experience on active directory.

Good knowledge and hands on experience in Hyper V.

Good knowledge on patch management tools like WSUS, SCCM

Good knowledge on clustering.

Good knowledge on DNS / DHCP / IIS.

Good understanding of backup / storage / RAID technologies.

Performance analysis and troubleshooting

Awareness on Environmental, Health and Safety, Energy, Information Security, Quality, Service Management, Business continuity and other management systems of the organization

Good to Have Skill :

Strategic planning & Management capabilities

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Ability to handle high pressure situations

Understanding of Network and Security
