Must-Have :

7+ years of experience.
CI / CD (Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions)
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform – Azure modules preferred)
Azure Services (Key Vault, Service Bus, App Config, Log Analytics, KEDA)
Containerization & orchestration : Kubernetes (AKS), Helm charts
Monitoring & Logging : Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, Azure-native monitoring
Disaster Recovery : planning, backup automation, failover testing

Good-to-Have :

Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell

Regression automation frameworks

Soft Skills :

End-to-end ownership of features / tasks

Strong problem-solving and decision-making

Clear communication with India / US stakeholders

Agile team collaboration and proactive improvement mindset
