Role Overview :

We are seeking a qualified Senior Architect at a leadership-level who will oversee, manage and guide the architectural vision of a project from conception to completion. The role requires the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders including clients and consultants. Their primary aim will be to ensure that projects are not only aesthetically compelling but also functional, sustainable, code-compliant, and delivered within budget and timeline constraints throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Architectural Design Leadership

• Develop conceptual and schematic designs aligned with the client’s vision and site constraints.
• Oversee detailed design development, ensuring architectural integrity, creativity, and feasibility.
• Incorporate innovative and sustainable design principles into building plans.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, models, and specifications prepared by junior staff or consultants.
• Ensure designs comply with local zoning regulations, building codes, accessibility standards (e.g., ADA), fire safety, and environmental regulations.
