Solar Execution Engineer

Job descriptionConduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for solar plant installations. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar power plants. Ensure proper electrical wiring, panel connections, and safety compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during the execution phase. Work closely with project managers, technicians, and other stakeholders. Ensure timely execution of projects while maintaining quality standards. Maintain and update documentation related to project execution. Train and guide junior technicians and support staff.
Requirements :
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in executing solar projects (shop floor experience is mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in installation, wiring, and commissioning of solar plants.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and solar plant maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
