Job description

Vidyalankar group is looking for TL / CC Admission Counsellor for Chembur and Nerul Branch.

Job Responsibilities

  • Counsel students on Vidyalankar's course offering and convert enquiries to enrolments
  • Contribute to the overall sales target by maintaining a constant communication channel with students in person and through the phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Train & guide team members.
  • Handling all types of enquiries
  • Identifying bright students for Special batch
  • Converting enquiries into admissions
  • Handling all queries of enrolled students, parents
  • Marking attendance, taking signature of professors on topics
  • Time to time counselling of students regarding performance
  • Arrears recovery
  • Operational work includes Cheques deposit, making MIS, attendance marking, conducting and supervision of classroom test, timely distribution of study materials

Job Requirements

Relevant Experience & Technical Skills

  • 3+ years in relevant industry.
  • MS office
  • Should be comfortable with cold calling.

    • Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to fluently speak in Hindi / Marathi
  • The ability to immediately gel in teams and work with others

    • Working days & Work hours

  • 6 days working
  • Week-off- between Monday to Friday
  • Timing 8.5 Hours between 6.45 am to 9.00 pm as decided by the RO
