Technical Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive  Project Manager  to oversee small-scale app development projects from concept to launch. This role involves coordinating between design, development, QA, and business teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and can manage multiple lightweight projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end app development lifecycle for small to mid-sized applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Break down high-level requirements into actionable tasks and assign them to development resources.
• Run daily or weekly stand-ups, sprint planning, and progress review meetings.
• Track project progress and ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Identify risks, issues, and blockers; proactively resolve or escalate them.
• Maintain clear communication between business team, designers, developers, and QA.
• Manage documentation such as requirement specs, user stories, project plans, and status reports.
• Coordinate testing, bug tracking, and release planning.
• Ensure smooth handover to client, support, or operations teams after go-live.
