We’re looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale our creative team by bringing in exceptional design, creative, and business talent. If you love building strong talent pipelines and hiring for niche creative roles, this is the perfect opportunity.
What You'll Do :
- Own end-to-end recruitment across design, creative, technology, and support functions
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and job success profiles
- Build and manage strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing
- Drive a smooth and engaging candidate experience
- Manage job postings, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Strengthen employer branding through content, events, and creative outreach
- Maintain and optimize our ATS and recruitment workflows
- Provide hiring insights, market intelligence, and reporting to leadership
What We're Looking For :
5–7 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in creative, design, digital, or startup environmentsStrong experience hiring for creative and niche roles (designers, writers, strategists, etc.)Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn, portfolios, communities, and non-traditional channelsStellar communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to work independently in a small, fast-paced, creative environmentFamiliarity with modern ATS tools and recruitment analyticsWhy Join Us :
