Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields. Advanced degrees or certifications in security technologies are a plus.
- 6 + years of experience in technical sales or business development in the aviation security domain or a related field.
- Proven experience in selling and handling X-ray scanners, video analytics, video management software, AI / ML-based solutions, and surveillance systems.
- Strong understanding of the aviation security industry, including regulations, best practices, and key players in the market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value propositions.
- Ability to manage multiple sales cycles and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a consultative approach to sales.
- Willing to travel as required.
- Familiarity with global aviation security standards and regulations.
