Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage engineering activities for chemical plant operations and greenfield project developments.
- Oversee design, planning, and execution phases of greenfield projects ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including procurement, construction, and quality assurance to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical evaluations for new plant setups and expansions.
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and safety standards throughout project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and project status updates for senior management.
- Facilitate communication between contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant operations and project delivery.
