The Role

We’re scaling fast in India and are hiring a

hunter

who lives for the thrill of closing new business. This is not a sit-back-and-wait sales role. You’ll be at the frontline spotting opportunities, getting in the door, and driving deals to the finish line. The right person thrives on the chase and doesn’t just meet targets, they crush them.

What You’ll Do

Pitch, promote, and sell our polymers with confidence and insight.

Hunt new customers through calls, messages, LinkedIn, and old-school persistence.

Close offtake agreements (LOIs, POs, contracts).

Keep accounts happy, but never stop chasing the next win.

Track your pipeline, hit deadlines, and keep leadership updated.

Share competitive intel and help us shape the next product move.

Who You Are

Mandatory : 1–3 years of experience in polymer / materials sales with a strong track record of closing deals.

A proven closer who gets energy from winning new business.

Confident dealing with executives at large companies.

Degree in chemistry / polymers preferred; extensive sales success in polymers considered equivalent.

Skills & Edge

Negotiation and presentation that actually move deals forward.

CRM comfort (Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com, etc).

Self-driven, time-smart, and resilient under pressure.

Hungry, ambitious, and motivated by results—not excuses.
