Role & Responsibilities :
- Support in achieving sales targets at assigned dealership outlets by ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Engage with walk-in customers to explain loan offerings, benefits, and provide customized solutions with a focus on low TAT and high service standards.
- Assist customers in processing new or used car loans from application to disbursement.
- Collect and verify required documents for loan processing and complete file login procedures.
- Coordinate with the credit team to facilitate timely approvals.
- Visit customers' residences or offices for document collection when needed.
- Manage post-disbursement documentation (PDDs) and ensure timely submission of physical files.
- Provide support in follow-ups for missed EMI collections.
- Address and resolve customer queries and concerns at the dealership.
