Key Responsibilities

Design and implement modern SharePoint sites using outofthebox and custom design capabilities

Create consistent onbrand layouts page templates and navigation structures

Partner with site owners to translate business content needs into engaging visual experiences

Optimize site usability and accessibility for desktop and mobile users

Develop branding assets web parts and SPFx SharePoint Framework components as needed

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement

Collaborate with administrators and developers to ensure design integrity and performance

Maintain style guides and design standards for SharePoint Online environments
