Position Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned International Sales & Tendering Professional to lead Groz Tools expansion into the African market. The role demands hands-on experience in international B2B sales, export tendering, dealer / distributor development, and market expansion across Africa and emerging markets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in winning tenders, driving export revenue, and building sustainable distributor networks in the industrial / manufacturing sector.

Key Tendering & Bidding

  • Identify, evaluate, and participate in tenders floated by government bodies, educational institutions, and public enterprises in Africa.
  • Lead end-to-end tender preparation, submission, negotiation, and closure.

Export Sales & Market Expansion

  • Drive revenue growth across Africa, Middle East, and other emerging markets through effective dealer / distributor management and key account acquisition.
  • Develop new territories while strengthening existing distributor networks.
  • Client & Distributor Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with government agencies, industrial buyers, dealers, and institutional customers.
  • Revive dormant accounts and onboard new business partners to expand market share.
  • Revenue & Business Growth

  • Deliver aggressive sales targets and revenue growth from African markets.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and performance reports aligned with company objectives.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Conduct in-depth competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for product introduction and market positioning.
  • Provide strategic inputs to management for market entry and business expansion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with technical, finance, supply chain, and legal teams to ensure smooth tender execution and export order delivery.
  • Qualifications & 1015 years in International Export Sales, Tendering & Business Development, with at least 5+ years handling Africa & Middle East markets.

    Proven Success : Demonstrated achievements in securing government tenders, winning high-value contracts, and generating multi-crore revenues in exports.

    Industry Exposure : Industrial tools, engineering products, capital equipment, or related manufacturing sectors.

    Education : BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Engineering preferred) + MBA (Marketing / International International B2B Sales & Key Account Management
