Senior Engineering Manager

We are looking for an Engineering leader that can excel in a non-traditional environment working with the latest of the Cloud ecosystem. Reporting to the Director of Software Development we are looking for a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead the development and operations of our Core Bureau Products .

What youll do :

You will lead engineering teams building product capabilities and solutions for our clients using Experian bureau data and other 3rd party data. Your team will work on important projects to accelerate the development training testing and deployment of solutions for clients.

Additional responsibilities include :

• Team Leadership

Cultivate engineering talent through coaching career development and performance management

Collaborate with Architects and Principal Engineers to define the requirements and needs of the product

Work with Product Architecture and Data Governance teams to deliver secure compliant and high quality products

Manage the delivery lifecycle of major platform plans
