Description
The Assistant Accounts Manager will play a vital role in supporting the accounts department by assisting with financial reporting, reconciliation, budgeting, and compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, coupled with excellent analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the accounts department and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information is shared.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Education
