Successful candidate will need to have :

• Prior experience with early or mid-stage startups
• Current coding skills with knowledge of design patterns and idiomatic usage of Go, Java or Python
• Demonstrated strong system design skills
• Current knowledge of Agentic AI technologies
• Ability to manage and deliver ambitious and cutting-edge software projects
• Strong team management capabilities (including mentoring, performance oversight, and fostering a high-impact engineering culture)
• Ability to manage senior developers (initially), and mix of engineers and managers
• Excellent technical presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science
