Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects with a strong focus on Data Centre execution. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PEB design, fabrication, and construction, combined with hands-on experience managing large-scale Data Center infrastructure projects. This role involves end-to-end project management, stakeholder coordination, quality assurance, and ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the execution of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects specifically for Data Center facilities.
• Oversee design, fabrication, and erection phases ensuring compliance with structural, safety, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with Data Center Engineering, Operations, and Construction teams to integrate PEB structures with critical Data Center infrastructure.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, fabricators, and suppliers ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies on-site.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution including mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations for senior management and clients.
