Delivery Manager – US IT Recruitment

Gachibowli, Hyderabad (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead a team of recruiters, ensuring delivery pipelines are strong, deadlines are met.
  • Provide guidance and prioritize requirements based on client urgency and business impact.
  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end interview processes with candidates and client stakeholders.
  • Act as a key liaison between recruitment teams, candidates, and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring consistent delivery.
  • Regularly engage with selected candidates to ensure retention and timely onboarding.
  • Maintain and share reports on interview progress, onboarding status, and hiring metrics

Requirements :

  • 12+ years of experience in US IT recruitment, handling teams, delivery and onboarding.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and job requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to take ownership, work independently, and lead small recruitment teams when needed.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
