• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles.
• Understand client requirements and deliver qualified candidates within specified timelines.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, references, and professional networks.

Key responsibilities include handling multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring client satisfaction through quality delivery, maintaining and updating candidate databases and job trackers, collaborating closely with the Business Development team, building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients, and conducting preliminary interviews to assess cultural and technical fit.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in recruitment services, strong experience using job portals, ability to handle multiple roles effectively, excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of closing roles within timelines.
