Job Description : Lead Full-Stack Developer

Experience : 10-11 years of hands-on experience in Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask) and React development.

Technical Expertise : Strong proficiency with relational databases like PostgreSQL , MySQL , or Oracle .

Responsibilities :

Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications.

Build backend solutions using Python frameworks like FastAPI , Django , and Flask .

Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React .

Architect and optimize scalable database solutions and complex queries.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements :

Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Proven ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Location : Hybrid role, based in Pune .
