Job description

Hiring at D2C India's first clean, skin-first makeup brand built to prove that high-performance beauty can be both effective and ethical.

Job role :

End-to-end supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and operational execution, ensuring smooth product availability, cost efficiency, and scalable processes. Will be responsible for operations P&L management, MIS reporting, and aligning operations with the company's growth plans.

1. Supply Chain & Inventory :

  • End-to-end responsibility for procurement, vendor management, manufacturing coordination.
  • Optimize inventory planning & forecasting to ensure availability without overstocking.
  • Manage packaging supply chain and ensure on-time replenishment.

2. Warehousing & Logistics :

  • Oversee warehousing operations : space utilization, efficiency, safety.
  • Manage dispatch, order fulfillment, and 3PL / logistics partners.
  • Ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery targets across D2C and marketplaces.

    • 3. P&L & Cost Management :

  • Own operations P&L : control costs, improve margins, manage working capital.
  • Drive efficiencies in BOM, packaging, logistics, and vendor contracts.
  • Monitor and report unit economics (cost per order, fulfillment cost, etc.).

    • 4. MIS, Reporting & Process Excellence :

  • Build and maintain MIS dashboards for daily, weekly, monthly reporting.
  • Set up SOPs for supply chain and operations across stakeholders.
  • Track KPIs : inventory turnover, lead times, shrinkage, return % etc.

    • 5. Cross-Functional & Leadership :

  • Work closely with Product, Finance, Marketing, and D2C Tech to align supply chain with launches and campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor a growing operations team (warehouse, logistics, supply chain executives).
