Key Responsibilities
Administration : Handle day-to-day admin tasks, assist founders / senior management, and maintain business records.
Recruitment : Source, screen, and hire kitchen, packing, and front-office staff; build a hiring pipeline for future needs.
Staff Management : Track attendance, leaves, punctuality, and absenteeism.
Performance Management : Conduct annual appraisals, define KPIs, and evaluate staff performance.
Grievance Handling : Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
Compliance : Ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.), manage documentation, and support audits.
Employee Engagement : Run on-boarding, engagement programs, and maintain HR policies / manuals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration (preferred).
2+ years of experience in HR / Admin and staff recruitment.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance.
Skilled in MS Office and HR management systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
