Role Overview
EasyCater Services Platform Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer queries, assisting with merchant onboarding, document verification, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist new merchant sign-ups and onboarding process.
- Conduct document verification for merchants.
- Maintain and update data using MS Excel .
- Perform internet research and use search engines efficiently.
- Write professional and clear emails for internal and external communication.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with merchants / customers.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues with a focus on satisfaction.
Requirements :
Language proficiency : Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (verbal & written).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, basic formulas).Basic skills in internet research and using search engines effectively.Good email writing skills with attention to details.Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.Perks & Benefits :
