Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead global hiring and build our entire recruiting function from the ground up. This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruiting role responsible for sourcing, hiring, and onboarding key leaders, internal teams, outsourced talent, and skilled trade professionals across the US and international markets.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategic Hiring

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for internal positions including leadership, technology, operations, sales, and support functions.
  • Build hiring plans aligned with company growth and workforce needs.
  • Hire and coordinate outsourced talent across India, Latin America, and the Philippines.

Marketplace Workforce Acquisition

  • Source, evaluate, and onboard blue-collar skilled professionals in the US across multiple trades.
  • Build scalable pipelines for trade workforce acquisition.
  • Recruiting Operations & Systems

  • Design and implement recruiting processes, ATS systems, workflows, and onboarding structures.
  • Create and maintain recruiting dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Develop employer branding initiatives and recruiting campaigns.
  • Global Talent Management

  • Ensure best-in-class recruitment practices while navigating global hiring standards.
  • Build and manage talent pools through direct sourcing, agencies, and contractor networks.
  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; 2+ years in a lead / independent role preferred.
  • Proven success in hiring for US roles; global hiring experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience hiring both corporate and blue-collar / field professionals.
  • Track record of building recruiting systems and processes for startups or fast-growth environments.
  • Strong command of sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and automation workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
