Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Tester to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through thorough testing and collaboration with the development team. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying issues and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.

Responsibilities

Design and execute test cases based on software requirements.
Identify, document, and track defects in the software.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure quality standards are met.
Participate in the software development lifecycle and provide testing feedback.
Conduct regression testing after fixes and enhancements.
Prepare test reports and metrics to communicate testing progress.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Proficiency in manual testing techniques and methodologies.

Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).

Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Master of Public Administration (MPA), Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A), Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS), PGP, Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPX), Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A), PGDM, Doctor of Business Administration (DBA)
