Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Lead

📢 We’re Hiring : Compliance (Manager / Asst. Manager)

Trust is our first KPI. At TRADESWIFT , we’re looking for a Compliance (Manager / Asst. Manager) to keep our Broking & PMS operations watertight—translating regulations into clear processes and building a culture of “do it right, every time.”

You’ll contribute : regulatory monitoring & reporting (SEBI / Exchanges), internal audits & control testing, policy updates, incident response, documentation / record-keeping, and cross-functional guidance (Ops, Research, Finance, IT).

You bring : 2–5+ yrs in securities / PMS / broking compliance, strong reporting discipline, comfort with audit trails & dashboards, and stakeholder management. CA / CS / compliance certs are a plus.
