Job description

We're seeking a SAP BPC consolidation Functional Consultant.

BPC

Resolving tickets logged in finance systems helpdesk - Routine admin activities include :

  • Facilitating user provisioning in Citrix and BPC and training
  • Maintaining the license tracker
  • Master data set up (financial dimensions, creation of main accounts)
  • Performing the transports from DEV to PROD environment
  • Issue resolution in BPC
  • Maintaining BPC documentation and user guides
  • Support the finance team in ensuring the consolidation system (BPC) is up to date with the required information.
  • Roll out of our finance systems to our subsidiaries as per agreed implementation plan. This includes coping, configuration, training, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), migration, go live support, leading steering committees, and managing the stakeholders both in the subsidiaries and the group team. Covering the BPC half yearly audit and maintaining relevant controls.

  • Approval routing table set up and updates
  • Issue resolution
  • Raising Finance System’s team purchase requisitions, including receipting
  • Maintaining BPC documentation and user guides
  • Covering the BPC half yearly audit and maintaining relevant controls.

    • Project work

    Roll out of our finance systems to our subsidiaries as per agreed implementation plan. This includes :

  • Scoping, configuration, training, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), migration, go live support, and
  • Managing the stakeholders both in the subsidiaries and the group team.

    • Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience to create and maintain robust internal controls within centralized finance operations.
  • Passion for automation and building efficient processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and focus on meeting deadlines
  • Control oriented mindset.

    • Preferable

  • SAP BPC or similar reporting tool experience
  • Medius P2P or similar experience
