Lead and manage international B2B business operations, with a primary focus on South East AsiaHandle and develop strong relationships with international distributors, ensuring achievement of business targets.Take direct responsibility for driving sales, revenue growth, and market expansion.Manage a diverse product portfolio including :Pain ManagementCardiovascular (CVD)Central Nervous System (CNS) ProductsIdentify new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and expand distributor networks.Develop and execute effective business strategies and commercial plans for the region.Ensure compliance with regulatory and commercial requirements in international markets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance) to support business operations.Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong background in international B2B sales and distribution management.
- Proven experience handling South East Asia markets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong command of English.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Pharmaceuticals, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
