Job description
  • Lead and manage international B2B business operations, with a primary focus on South East Asia
  • Handle and develop strong relationships with international distributors, ensuring achievement of business targets.
  • Take direct responsibility for driving sales, revenue growth, and market expansion.
  • Manage a diverse product portfolio including :
  • Pain Management
  • Cardiovascular (CVD)
  • Central Nervous System (CNS) Products
  • Identify new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and expand distributor networks.
  • Develop and execute effective business strategies and commercial plans for the region.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and commercial requirements in international markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance) to support business operations.
  • Key Skills & Competencies

    • Strong background in international B2B sales and distribution management.
    • Proven experience handling South East Asia markets
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong command of English.
    • Strategic thinker with ability to take initiatives and drive results.
    • Willingness to travel extensively for business requirements.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage multicultural stakeholders.
    • Educational Qualification

    • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Pharmaceuticals, Business Administration, or related field.
    • MBA preferred.
