As a Digital Sales Specialist , you will play an important role in driving the sales efforts, including identifying, prospecting, and outreach using cold calling, email campaigns, and . Key Responsibilities :
Prospecting : This is the first step in the sales cycle. Identify and engage with prospects across geographies through cold calls, Email campaigns, and outreach. This would need active engagement, conversation, lead qualification, and consistent follow-ups.Lead Qualification : Quickly introduce the product, and understand customer needs and pain points. Also needs to understand the decision-making process and decision-makers to qualify the leadSales Closure : Conclude the sales, set up a meeting with the sales team, process the payment, or help complete the process of free to paid conversion or upsell as the case may beMarket Research : You must research product offerings, competition, and market landscape and should be able to make good presentationsCollaboration : Need to work closely with the business sales teams to facilitate appointments, lead conversion and optimize the sales processRequirements :
