Coordinating with contractors during installation process to ensure all components were properly installed according to plans. Research emerging trends in kitchen design to provide up-to-date solutions for clients. Organize showroom displays featuring various products such as countertops, flooring, lighting, and hardware. Follow-up calls with customers after completion of a job to ensure satisfaction. Design kitchen layouts according to customer requests. Ensure that all products are installed correctly. Ensure that all customer inquiries are answered in a timely manner. Maintain a high level of customer service at all times. Monitor customer feedback and make improvements where necessary. Experience in modular kitchen design and installation. Excellent knowledge of kitchen products and materials. Good understanding of electrical systems for kitchen appliances.
