- Demonstrable technical experience configuring UKG Workforce Central, including Time and Attendance, Employee Scheduling, WIM Interfaces
- Extensive knowledge of detailed WFM module configuration concepts such as
- Experience developing international solutions
- Ability to deliver solutions as part of a defined development sprint and scheduled release cycle
- Understanding of foundational compliance and operational business concepts used in the development of WFM solutions such as compensation, overtime, and other time-based premiums
- Strong written and oral communication skills interacting with a global peer network
- Diligent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Familiarity with upstream and downstream integrated systems including Payroll and HRIS
