Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Erection Engineer to oversee the erection, installation, and commissioning of machinery, structural components, and industrial equipment at project sites. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, coordination with cross-functional teams, adherence to safety standards, and timely completion of erection activities as per project specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, organize, and execute erection and installation activities for mechanical, structural, or electrical equipment at the site.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, GA layouts, and technical specifications to ensure accurate implementation.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Supervise erection teams, ensuring safety protocols and proper resource allocation at the site.

Conduct pre-commissioning checks and assist in the commissioning of installed systems and equipment.

Troubleshoot technical issues during erection and propose corrective actions to minimize downtime.

Prepare daily / weekly progress reports and maintain documentation of erection activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements at all times.

Essential Qualifications :

Education : Diploma / / in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or relevant Engineering discipline.

Experience : 2–5 years in erection, installation, or commissioning in industrial, construction, or manufacturing projects.

Knowledge of site safety standards and statutory guidelines.

Skills Required :

Strong knowledge of erection techniques, tools, and equipment.

Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Effective leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.

Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.
