3–4 years of experience to help us scale our global team and keep our 'fun-factor' at an all-time high.

- Global Talent Scout: We're expanding! You'll help us find and onboard top-tier talent across different time zones and cultures.
- Employee Experience Guru: From a seamless day-one onboarding to professional development pathways, you'll ensure every team member feels valued and empowered.
- Operational Excellence: Manage the nuts and bolts—policy implementation, performance management, and HR analytics—with a focus on agility and transparency.
What You Bring To The Table
- 3–4 Years of Experience: You've been in the HR trenches, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
