Quality Assurance Manager

About The Role :

• As our solo QA Analyst, you'll own the end-to-end quality assurance process across all e-commerce websites and funnels, ensuring that all builds are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.
• Build, maintain, and document reusable QA checklist templates for consistent testing across devices and browsers.
• Create detailed, thoughtful QA test cases that address both functionality and user experience.
• Perform manual QA testing across development builds, staging environments, and live releases.
• Log clear, actionable bug reports and collaborate closely with engineers and platform teams to resolve them.
• Conduct regular 'bug hunts' to identify critical issues and proactively follow up to ensure timely fixes.
• Support the team in diagnosing and resolving live site issues quickly and efficiently.

About You :

Compensation :

$1000 - $1800 USD per month, dependent on experience
