Primary Title : Business Development Manager – IT Staffing

About The Opportunity

We provide IT staffing and workforce augmentation to enterprise and mid-market clients across India. This on-site role focuses on new business growth, strategic client partnerships, and scaling delivery for engineering, cloud, and product talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for IT staffing : prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close new accounts (enterprise & mid-market).
• Build and manage a predictable pipeline using outbound prospecting (calls, email sequences, LinkedIn) and inbound lead conversion to achieve monthly / quarterly targets.
• Lead client engagements : discovery, solution design, proposal development, contract negotiation, and sign-off.
• Coordinate with delivery and recruitment teams to align SOWs, SLAs, candidate pipelines, and onboarding to protect margins and client satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM, produce forecasts and sales reports, track KPIs, and continuously refine BD playbooks and go-to-market tactics.
• Represent the company at client meetings and industry events; surface market insights and opportunities for new services (RPO, managed services, contract-to-hire).
