Co-Founder – Strategy, Growth & Finance

EaseMySpace (EMS) is on a mission to make urban living easier. We’ve already built traction with our flatmate-finding platform and are now looking for a Co-Founder to join our journey and help us scale to the next level.

Role Overview :

As a Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s future by driving strategy, growth, and finance . You’ll work closely with the founding team to build long-term vision, unlock capital, and design scalable business models that can transform intra-city living in India.

What You’ll Drive :

Strategy : Define business roadmaps, competitive positioning, and market expansion.

Growth : Build partnerships, accelerate user acquisition, and scale revenue.

Finance : Lead fundraising, investor relations, and financial planning.

Leadership : Be hands-on with decision-making and guide the company alongside the founder.

Who We’re Looking For :

Prior experience in investments, strategy consulting, or growth leadership roles.

Strong network in the VC, PE, or startup ecosystem .

Entrepreneurial mindset – ability to build from scratch and take ownership.

Passion for solving real urban problems and scaling businesses that impact millions.
