Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Business Development professional located in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves identifying and generating leads through market research and outreach strategies, managing potential customer relationships, and contributing to sales growth. Daily tasks include conducting market analysis, creating lead nurturing strategies, maintaining communication with prospective clients, and meeting sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to align goals and strategies is a key aspect of the position.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to identify business opportunities and trends
Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
Proven experience in Lead Generation and developing targeted outreach strategies
Results-driven mindset and ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Experience in B2B and SaaS industries is a must
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is advantageous
