We are looking for a proactive Talent Specialist to join our recruitment team, focusing on outbound candidate sourcing, engagement, and building a strong talent pipeline to meet our hiring needs. This role plays a critical part in supporting our global expansion, helping us connect with top talent through global outreach. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with potential candidates via calls, emails, and social platforms, and works to create a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

Key Responsibilities :

Sourcing & Outreach : Identify and engage potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Screening & Shortlisting : Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for our requirements.

Collaboration : Collaborate with the founders and hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of role requirements and hiring priorities.

Market Mapping : Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify key talent pools and stay updated on industry hiring trends.

Employer Branding Support : Represent the organization with professionalism and uphold a strong employer brand in all candidate engagements.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Prior experience in Global recruitment.

Proficiency with job portals and sourcing tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a result-oriented mindset.

Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated.
