• Source talent through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (job posting, interviews, selection, onboarding)
• Handle hiring requirements across all levels
• Support and manage end-to-end HR processes (documentation, employee relations, compliance, etc.)
