Role Description
- Lead and mentor a small backend team, ensuring code quality and timely delivery
- Design and build scalable APIs using Java (Spring Boot / Microservices)
- Work with MySQL, MongoDB, and Neo4j for efficient data modeling
- Manage AWS deployments (ECS / Fargate, RDS, S3, CloudWatch)
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, and product teams for end-to-end delivery
