Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction :  Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and perform initial inspections or test drives to help diagnose problems.
• Technical Coordination :  Translate customer-reported issues into clear work orders for technicians and serve as a liaison between the customer and the service team.
• Service and Repair Management :  Provide accurate cost estimates, explain the services being performed, and inform customers of necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Scheduling and Workflow :  Schedule service appointments and help manage the service center's workflow.
• Communication :  Update customers on their vehicle's status, answer questions about service outcomes, and inform them when their vehicle is ready for pickup.
• Administration :  Maintain customer records, process payments, and handle customer complaints or issues.
