What you’ll actually do
- Own hiring for CRM, Lifecycle, and MarTech roles (Braze, HubSpot, SFMC, email dev, automation engineers)
- Run untraditional recruiting : AI tools, GPTs, automation workflows, digital marketing funnels, communities
- Build pipelines for digital marketing and tech roles (SEO, Paid, Devs, Webflow / Shopify, full-stack)
- Manage a partner ecosystem : onboard vendors, track performance, ensure delivery quality
- Build and maintain a warm talent community for future requirements
- Work directly with the COO and the Founder’s Office on capacity planning and hiring strategy
