Your New Role.

The Director of Config Build, Discovery & Automation will play a pivotal leadership role within the Asset and Operations team, responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and its supporting discovery and automation capabilities.

This position will be based in Hyderabad and will report directly to the Senior Director of Asset Config and Configuration Management.

As a senior leader, this role will oversee a team of configuration management engineers and analysts, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of configuration data across the enterprise.

The Director will drive the development and implementation of scalable operational practices, automation strategies, and data stewardship standards to support IT operations, service management, and compliance.

This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow, network topology, cloud infrastructure, and ITOM best practices, along with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Lead the configuration management function, setting the strategic direction for CMDB operations, discovery, and automation.
• Develop and execute a roadmap for CMDB maturity, aligning with enterprise IT, cloud, and service management goals.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the team, emphasizing innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
