About the Role
The Program Manager oversees one or more recruitment teams for a client or project and may coordinate external suppliers to support the talent acquisition strategy. The role is responsible for meeting financial targets and recruiting SLAs and may require on-site presence.
The Program Manager leads a team that can include Recruiters, Recruiting Logistics Specialists, Sourcing Specialists, and Associate Recruiters involved in candidate screening, scheduling, and post-offer administration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Recruiters, Sourcing Recruiters, Recruiting Logistics Specialists (RLS), Associate Recruiters, and other professional / technical recruiting functions.
- Provide expertise in technical and technology hiring across multiple talent pools.
- Anticipate hiring needs and allocate recruiting resources to ensure strong service delivery to HR and hiring managers.
- Monitor client satisfaction, address escalations, and proactively prevent future issues.
- Act as a consultative partner by understanding the labor market and the client’s industry to deliver strategic recruitment solutions.
- Coach and mentor recruiters on sourcing methods, recruitment strategy, process administration, and consultative skills, including cross-border processes.
- Develop the recruiting team into high-performing consultants and inspire them to exceed targets.
- Manage recruiters and suppliers in a metrics-driven environment.
- Drive process improvements in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
- Audit team performance, ensuring adherence to metrics, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee efforts to attract, screen, and place diverse talent pools, including university graduates, military talent, referrals, alumni, silver medalists, contractors, and other contingent workers.
- Manage the selection, onboarding, and optimization of recruitment suppliers to support the overall sourcing and talent strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.12–17 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition, including proactive / passive sourcing.Experience in corporate recruiting, RPO, or agency / executive search is a plus.Required Skills
Technical : Expertise in using advanced search techniques in order to mentor and guide a team of Recruiters.Ability to identify and attract talent through networking and creative sourcing methods.Expertise in developing and presenting recruitment strategy plans to high level customers.Solid business knowledge in multiple industries and effective business acumen at all levels within a client organization.Experience and success managing to metrics in the recruiting environment.Experience working in LEAN operating culture.
